Error with previously closed cases triggering confirmation emails

In the process of upgrading our ticketing systems yesterday (January 10, 2019), some previously closed cases may have triggered a confirmation email in reference of a case being closed. We have resolved this issue, and don’t foresee any other email confirmation errors. Thank you for your patience.
