Australia Post has notified customers that due to increased pressure on the workforce due to Covid and the Delta strain, Australia Post is experiencing staff shortages, facility closures, and high parcel volumes. To help clear excess parcel volumes in NSW, ACT and VIC customer collections will be suspended in the following areas:

All Parcel Post collections from customers and merchants in NSW, ACT, and VIC will be paused from Saturday, September 4th at 7 AM through Tuesday, September 7th at 7 AM. Services provided for Startrack Express and Toll remain unchanged across our network.
