Shipping rates not being returned

During the early morning hours of Tuesday May 21, 2019 the Shipwire platform encountered an issue where we were not returning shipping rates to some customers. Our Engineering team isolated the issue and applied a hot fix in order to restore our rating feature. Orders that were impacted were run through our ship rating module and processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
